  • I have recently visited suoi tien park but did not understand the history behind it until I watched this. As a vietnamese born overseas, I find this very inspirational. thanks for this video clip!

  • Thanks!... it's great to know that someone's got something from the showv:) ... i had a great time shooting it and found it fascinating to learn about Vietnam's history / culture and see how it differs from here in Thailand and other countries in the region.

It's also inspired me to get more serious about learning Vietnamese!

  • It also happened to me... thanks for the response ! I'll learn vietnamese first because I'm surrounded here by vietnameses but after it I'll learn thai !

  • FOr some reason, I'm getting the comments coming into my inbox, but when I come to see them here, they're not appearing. In response to the question :

"Is Vietnamese grammar similar toThai?" -

The answer is YES. THere are so many similarities - in a lot of cases, it's a one to one translation from Thai. Even the vowel system and many so called 'non-chinese' words actually resemble the Thai words for the same thing.

  • Hello Stujay ! Could you tell me if thai grammar is similar to vietnamese one? is it a difficult grammar like japanse or a very simple one like indonesian? Thanks for your response !
