I'm a third grade teacher who absolutely loves Mac. I let my two kids watch movies on my MacBook. Ya...they jammed two disc in there. They would not come out. I googled "stuck dvds" and ended up at your YouTube video. It took me about two hours, but I was able to follow your directions, disassembled my MacBook and took out the stuck dvds. Thank you so much for posting your video. You saved me a lot of money and time spent away from my laptop. Thanks!!!!

That is not the graphics chip, its the north bridge. It does include the graphics although.
