American Express Is one of the most greedy top heavy "public" companies I know. I am not surprised by the fear employees have. They are corrupt and getting more corrupt. American express and IBM are committing fraud against their shareholders, by colluding in underbidding, over selling capability, then over pricing activities. They have swept quite a few legal proceedings under the rug in federal court.

American Express harassed me when I became disabled and was not able to make my monthly payment. The caused my cell phone to ring nonstop. They violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act or FDCPA.

Further plan that I think might be true as time goes on: after a while the 400 at-home jobs will be cut to 100 or less or even none; some workers who relocate will go to places that will be cutting employees too. Those who take the separation pay (16 weeks & a bonus) will end up with nothing after that.
