  • American Express Is one of the most greedy top heavy "public" companies I know. I am not surprised by the fear employees have. They are corrupt and getting more corrupt. American express and IBM are committing fraud against their shareholders, by colluding in underbidding, over selling capability, then over pricing activities. They have swept quite a few legal proceedings under the rug in federal court.

  • Hello

  • American Express harassed me when I became disabled and was not able to make my monthly payment. The caused my cell phone to ring nonstop. They violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act or FDCPA.

  • They caused my cell phone to ring nonstop. They violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act or FDCPA. As a result of the continued harassment I did some research and found a consumer protection lawyer who works on a contingency fee.

  • I have successfully collect $500.00 from each and every creditor who has harassed me to death. The attorney make between $2500.00 and $4000.00 per complaint. It cost me nothing and has stopped my phone from ringing.

It is now my missions to make everyone I can aware of this little know legal remedy and hopefully bring the banks to their knees.

  • I am working on a YouTube video and will be flooding Twitter. Please pass this on to everyone. We as consumers could literally put American Express and these other taxpayer, bailed out banks out of business for good. My goal is 1 million informed consumers who will cost American Express and other greedy bankers 4.5 billion dollars each. The attorney make between $2500.00 and $4000.00 per complaint. It cost me nothing and has stopped my phone from ringing.

  • Jobs go to India and Philippines.

  • Further plan that I think might be true as time goes on: after a while the 400 at-home jobs will be cut to 100 or less or even none; some workers who relocate will go to places that will be cutting employees too. Those who take the separation pay (16 weeks & a bonus) will end up with nothing after that.

  • "consolidation prompted in part by a "significant reduction" in business and credit collection volumes, driven by the increased use of mobile and online technologies by customers"

Is this "Progress-driven job loss"??? Automation and efficiency seems to be reducing the overall number of human laborers needed for jobs.

  • @tyronebiggums3 Exactly, Labor value is heading towards ZERO. Combine what you said, with each of us being 1 of 7,000,000,000 in this worldwide workforce.

  • @tyronebiggums3 /watch?v=YKzfm_ZZo-o check that out. Wepollock got brains.

  • @YouSayYouWantA

I recall that video. And I recall thinking that we must all Loot while we can, because things are gonna change for everyone, not just the physical laborer.
