There is no f-ing way Hillary could have lost handily in the hand-count districts and won handily in the Diebold districts. I'm a statistician and have gone over the results carefully. The disparity between Diebold and hand-count districts is WAAAAY too big to rationalize by any statistical measure or model.

I am a precinct chairman in Boulder, Colorado I witnessed ballot stuffing myself last night..when everyone else was gone. The woman who took the envelopes picked up a "stray" ballot from the floor and placed it in our envelope. ALL of our ballots had been counted previously and EACH had been folded . This ballot which she produced from somewhere...HAD NOT BEEN FOLDED!!! I protested and she said "there would be no recount"!!!

In Belgium we vote 'electronically' for almost 2 decades now. Though, information is not only stored on a harddisk, but each voter gets a blank card, which looks like a blanc bankcard or creditcard, with a nice big black arrow on it, showing the correct way to insert it into the computer.

The constitution in does not even mention political parties. So how can it apply to a party-only election? Answer: it doesn't.

Primaries are run by the for the sake of the party itself, a private entity, and are not bound to follow constitutional regulations on voting. So any discrepancies on Super Tuesday are irrelevant.

There are a body of statutes in each state governing primaries and party organizational meetings. These began to be put into place about 1900. It is not a free for all, but I will admit that the parties are given a lot of leeway, and sometimes have ringer statutes that give them one final out if it looks like they are going to lose control. Just go to any revised code in any state and search of political party or political parties.

The party for that state selects all attributes of its election from the date to how the points are awarded (that's why rules are sometimes different between Dem and Rep primaries in the same State).
