Hi, indeed, you have improved. But still you have to stretch your feet a little bit more. Especially when your move them in front they tend to get loose and point upwards.
After about half the circles your feet don't stick together. But still impressive for your age. keep on training!

@devinj2008 i haven't really got hurt yet....but sometimes my wrists ache when i do lots of pommel and i get blisters from rings and bars.
