simply put, this is bollocks. go to profile, and there is NO OPTION TO CHANGE YOUR PICTURE!

@xdimax1 Sometimes Twitter stops pictures from being uploaded depending on their server capacity. I have no control over when Twitter allows or does not allow photos to be uploaded. Sorry :-( It costs them a huge amount of cash every month to host pictures on Amazon S3. I truly am sorry that you are having issues.

The best advice that I can give you is to try and change your profile picture during a time of the day that not as many users will be logged in. This happens quite frequently when the Twitter servers are overwhelmed.

@smartpassive Thanks for the Advice But I Just Realised That twitter can only can take up to 700KB (size of the picture) and i guess my Pic was more than that :P
