  • I just bought this at a market i had no idea it was on nes

  • Dude, this was on a NES?!

    That's pretty rad.

  • I had no idea this was ever released on NES - I need this now!

  • @chloeirnes If i remember correctly it was a pal only release. So Yay for me as im from Sweden. However i havent found it for less that 50 something dollars. Complete but still im not paying over 20 for that game.

I had it on C64 i think, so i rather get that ver anyway.

  • @mrfuzzer1 Thanks! I'm in the UK, so maybe I can track down a copy. My main Elite memories are the Spectrum and Amiga versions. Sadly, I have neither system. :(

  • @chloeirnes Im unsure if it was released in the UK. I know it was a Pal B release. Uk is what? Pal A or just Pal i dont know.

  • @mrfuzzer1 Thanks. Happily I have a chipped NES! Yeah - UK is PAL A

  • Me and my little couisn played this alot. You had the option to use both nes pads you see.

So we both played it like pilot and co pilot with a pad each!

    Happy days.

  • Is that Frank Klepacki's music playing after Barber's Adagio for Strings? It seems vaguely familiar but I can't place it.

  • @moozooh It sounds like a remastered version of the Dune 2 Soundtrack.

  • @moozooh No, David Whittaker composed the music for this game.

  • @Doommaster1994 Which game are you referring to? Also, is this version of its soundtrack available anywhere?

  • @moozooh My bad, I didn't listen to the music before saying anything. I'm talking about the NES version.

  • Never knew this was released for nes before now. the framerates and extra bits are awesome. is a very good version, does it pan out well with the joypad as the Homecomputers used nearly every key on the board to play this?

  • Superb '90s vid.

  • This game scored highly for the NES. 10/10

  • Notice how Nintendo removed 'narcotics' and altered 'slaves' to the rather ridiculous-sounding 'robot slaves' as part of their child-oriented no-bad-press-at-any-cost policy of the time.

  • I love this game
