I think that it would be a great idea for you to take something healthy to eat for your office so that they can see the alternative. Who knows, maybe they will like it. Don't tell them that it is healthy, or else they won't eat it...lol. I find it difficult to eat the stuff you eat, especially when I am working on the computer. That stuff is messy and it never fails that it will get everywhere. Not an easy task when you are trying to process and meet quality and production standards ;)
I think that you are right. There is way too much eating and snacking all day long in the office environment. I have noticed it too. Even though I am on the heavier side, I cannot bring myself to munch all day long. I have seen that happen, even after they eat a huge lunch. I think that if you go back into the office, you should take in something healthy so that they can see the healthy living alternative to what they are eating now. Congrats on the weight loss! I am not so fond of snacking. I am thinking it is best to give the body a break from digestion. So far it is working great for me. Most snacks are pure crap. I always snack on fruit and sometimes almonds.
I am sure glad I don't work where you do. I would be an outsider for sure.
