The first step in fighting a person with a gun is get behind it. Second step is critical damage eg. break fingers, hand, arm, ribs, nose or neck sever airway, spinal cord or put a finger in their eye

Third is to run or finish the job. On the battlefield finish it but on the street you have a choice.

not bad. but you might consider standing like you did on 0:22 in all your little "situations" In ever scenario but that one you 2 are almost standing straight up. but on 0:22 you both had a lower more realistic center of gravity. Other than that pretty interesting especially since neither of you had any "formal" training.

We just took some moves and modified them for our needs.

Now we are learning the Alpha System (ex ECP - Elite Combat Program) - its designed by Paul Soos and its in use in most European special forces.

This is great, I practice martial arts. I focus on arnis. Mostly, we practice with sticks, double or single, and we practice also grappling, unarmed fighting using our fists and feet, sword fighting and also knife fighting. Great CQC moves, great to apply in real scenarios like this. :)

hey happy to help you. i just relized that you would pretty much switch sides but have it the same way, first he has the gun, then you take it.but if the other guy you took the gun off of knew how to take it then he could imediatly turn the tables.

Polenar, do you know any good rifle throws?

And, in addition of taking out sentries, have you tried countering a chokehold? Or someone trying to slit your throat?

And a tip for chokeholds and bodyshields, when trying to move the person, kicking them in the back of the knee while dragging them will keep them off balance and make it harder for them to fight back

If you are quick you can counter a chokehold, but if someone wnats to slit your throat from the back - then you are screwed (if you dont see him first).

In the first one after you took the guy down you put the pistol in his face, pretty much just handing it back over to him if you didn't pull the trigger immediately. I don't think it's ever a good idea to let your gun extend out towards your opponent when he's close.
