animal is just kinda a psychological hard. all you need to get down is the very intro part, and otherwise its fairly easy. just watch someone do it on here

Very nice! Only been playing bass for a little bit myself, but the first tip that comes to mind is either learn how to play with your fingers, or learn how to pick both upstroke and downstroke. Makes things much easier in the long run. =) 5/5

Thats Pretty good :) Just a tip, try playing without a pick, gets a better sound and your able to play notes faster and more precise, like instead of moving your entire wrist, your moving 2 or 3 fingers, which ever you prefer, if ya listen to the bass in this song theres 6 notes on each break, you only play 4, 6 with a pick is impossible lol, just give it a shot. Great Cover anyways :) your bass has nice tone.
