LCD TV, look for cracked solder joints around power transistors or other large lead parts by rocking part while looking at the bottom of the board. Bad electrolytic capacitors are a common problem too. Otherwise buy a new board or TV.
@shango066 Wow, thanks for responding. I appreciate it. I did end up opening the TV to find a blown fuse on the power board. I found that it blows when it gets plugged in to power. Even though it's not in the TV.
Your videos are very thorough and I appreciate you taking the time to make them. I'm going to be trying to repair the powersupply board in my LCD TV soon and I was wondering if you could give me some pointers?
