I think there is a huge power gap between the 4th and 1st Espada. Starrk was practically holding back the entire battle. Between his personality and his grieving of Barragan. Ulquiorra is the 4th Espada, I doubt one extra released state empowers him beyond the 3rd, 2nd AND 1st. Maybe Hallibel, but Barragan was overpowered and Aizen ranked Starrk ahead of Barragan's "age everything, even your attacks" power.

Movies aren't canon, the power of Ichigo's full hollow (at least the new one) has never gone up against anyone other than Ulquiorra. It is never stated that his 2nd release makes him more powerful than even the 3rd Espada. All he says is that Aizen hasn't even seen it. Considering the gap in power between Ulquiorra's 1st released state compared to Grimmjow's, I doubt he gets much more powerful to go up beyond the 2nd.

Nozomi actually generally cares for Ichigo and his friends as shown in episode 330 when she gets a zanpakuto after facing the fact that she wants to protect Kon. She eventually learns to fight and later learns that her zanpakuto has the opposite effect of Kageroza which is that she can absorb spirit energy from all forms of attacks.
