  • He's very strong and quite creative, but some of this-the chair and toilet used for handstand pushups, for instance-looks unecessarily dangerous; I'm sure safer aalternatives exist.

  • with calisthenics, you can do them more then weightlifting in my opinion... Of course you need rest, but its all about reptition with bodyweight excercises, since you cannot increase resistence. My thing is that I just keep going til i'm tired. That simple lol

  • In this video i was 155lbs at around 8-9% body fat. My height is 5'9 I doubt that your 5% assumption of body fat is correct. I wish people would learn how to measure body fat correctly. How did you measure your BF?

    dude, 5% is verry low, but im on the wrestling team at my school and we had someone on are team with the lowest body fat % in paulding county, lol.

    it was like 1.5% body fat. that kid was like skeleton skinny

  • Sorry bro, but I am 6 foot 165, and I do pull ups on my door all the time, and also workouts on chairs and what not. You arent that much of a beast to pull a door off its hinges. Seriously, 165? LOL, pull a door off the wall. What a joke.

    You are a little too full of yourself. Maybe an unstable door, but if the gap between the door and floor isnt huge, then it wont break at all.

    Bodyweight exercises are what real men do. 90% of weightlifters cant do 1 handstand push up. FACT.

  • hey man really inspiring to the youth and newbies like me:p i been training handstands for like 11mths now? went hardcore first 6 then kinda slowed down and now im back into it i can do 10 tuck presses in a row without touchign the ground but i cannot achieve one handstand nose-floor pushup? i can go halfway if i keep doing the halfway pushups do you reckon i will eventually be able to get low as u? or are there other ways thanks in advance :D

  • thanks man! That inspires me more hearing that... I stopped training pushups for a little bit, but i'm gonna get back into it this week.

    The key is just consistency and repetion. Those tucked pushups to handstand are good, try to go from the tuck to handstand, back to tuck, to handstand again, do that as many times as you can. Just keep training, you'll get there!

  • I just started training those. i'm working on hops and balancing. I am still trying to get my two hand balance down. I still have a long ways to go. I need to work on my flexibility, i dont bend from the hips much for one hand.
