@Missakm92 I don't remember, I think I used it all it was a small bag, a bit expensive if I remember it was a while ago. I just picked up what looked right from Uwajimaya the local asian grocery store. There were a few different types if I remember right and was a bit confusing which one to try so I just picked the one that just looked right by the look of the package. If I happen to figure out which one I used I will let you know.
@runnyrunny999 Thank you for showing me how to make them, kneeding the dough was really difficult and time consuming, kept sticking to everything LOL.
@tsunayoshi3 actually its mostly soy sauce with some brown sugar and baking powder got to get the right temp and it thickens up real nice and the combination of salty and sweet really makes for a good flavor to add to the otherwise flavorless (or flavor neutral) dango balls. :-)
