Well, Rio is old-styled, is an 0-4-0 Tender loco. Sir Topham Hatt (a.k.a. The Fat Controller or STH for short) was having a crisis when Emily had a nasty accident, he was short on engines to do shunting work, but soon, he was asked by Mr. Conductor to come and see him at Shining Time Station, when STH arrived Mr. Conductor took him to see Rio, who passed all of STH's tests and was brought to Sodor to stay permenantly. Although there were some problems at first.
Actually, I was thinking of making a video about it a while back called American Muscle, but I can't do that at the moment since the coupling at the back has been permenantly broken off...
