Meaning, that the grain used to make the flour was not processed or enriched by taking the outer layer of the grain away and then pumping what's left with artificial vitamins & minerals. Now, the reason why you want to eat whole grain is because they have a lower glicemic index meaning that your body is going to absorb it slower giving you a lower rise in blood sugar causing less fat storage.
I'm loving cooking with coconut oil. It gives a delicious flavour even to things like egg omlette, as well as the more obvious asian cuisine like stir fry.
i know its a littel bit brunolike but it would be great if you or some of your friends would give us some tipps for better skin. I think in bodybuilding the look of the skin is an importend thing. Specaly for girls but also for guys.
