At 0:57 - she took away the game instantly. NOT ADVISED! Give them a warning of when its time to stop playing. Such as "You're going to have to study in about 10 minutes, okay?" That helped me, and my brother as a kid alot! It gives them time to prepare to stop, and to change their mind set. When we had stuff taken away from us instantly, it pissed us off! A psychologist, or counselor told my mom this, and it worked great.

North America is really falling behind in education, fact. Average Public school learns material in gr 9 that europe / asia learn in gr 6. And please don't flip out. Actually consider that I moved from Russia to Canada so I think I'm aware when I'm repeating the same material..

After a certain age that area of the brain will not activate the same way ...or with such ability . Ex. would be gifted artists, athletes. ..Reading to a child at an early age stimulates the brain. Some say genes are also a key.
