This is really early footage of the game. As you'll notice, some of Chris' moves are different, as are the cutscenes (since we never saw Jill in her comatose besides in that one picture on his phone, much less open her eyes).

I want to say that Capcom wasn't revealing until later that the game was going to feature co-op/AI assistance until closer to the release date, so they kept Sheva out of earlier trailers.

No, this is the beta build of RE5 before they added Sheva. However, I do recommend getting the gold version if no one has RE5 yet. It's the best deal for any gamer.

I use WMM as well and its possible to time clips. You can cut clips by dragging it with the arrow and also add effects like fade, grayscale, etc.

Versus is already on the disc. You have to pay for it to activate it, which is garbage. 400 points for something you shouldn't have to pay for (yet it is 400 points hence why it sucks).

Mercenaries is better. Versus is nothing fun compared to how mercenaries is; you have other players gunning behind your back, which is odd because RE isn't a versus shooter game to begin with.

RE5 is pretty much your RE4, just packaged with a lot more extras and best of all, online co-op and mercenaries. Checkpoints made the game easier, which could be a debatable thing with RE fans.

Sheva had the longest button mashing sequence in that whole game. It was pretty ridiculous. Yet again, this was in RE4 as well.

No one hardly plays versus though, which isn't surprising since it does suck.

1) Its because some people do not get the meaning of Survivor vs Slayer.

2) I agree about the button pressing, but you don't mash them because it fucks up your controller

3) People don't play Versus because you gotta BUY it first. I don't think people like buying stuff unless they can work for it.

4) Slayer is just like mercenaries, just you compete against another team.

5) Versus rules because either way, you win about 1-2.5k each time you play team :)

Sheva was added in most likely to feature the cooperative mode with the game. I don't think it would have made sense to have someone else take her spot like Leon for instance.

Leon is more of a protagonist in the RE series so it is best to give him the spotlight in a new RE game.
