I was in NY for over a week in July. Wow, it truly has to be the most amazing city in the world. Just to think people left the old world which was a mess in its self and came to this place America! The history of NY fascinated me to know its the 4th oldest city in the USA. It has an awesome blend of people from around the world and it blends the old with the new very well. One thing I was not to fond of was the weather....soooo hot and humid but the many things to do and see made it bearable.

No other city with that population has the diversity of people! Some were friendly and some are just probably tired of tourists just that simple. I was proud to be an American and realized when I saw NY that back in timed of people that came from all parts of Europe and the world to create and new life and future and to make this country their country. I am actually from Santa Fe, New Mexico the 2nd oldest city in the USA with a population of about 70k. High in the arrid mountains lies this little city in no comparison to NY but maybe its age!
