If you are detained by an officer you can state that you will remain silent and request a lawyer as well as your guardian to be present.

You may say "i do not consent to searches" but the teacher or administration typically already has probably cause when searching your person and in schools probable cause is much more broad. Always state your rights even if they may or may not apply. Check your state law and school administration for a more complete answer.

to be honest, theres a lot of ways to completely avoid bad encounters, for one, get out of low wealth urban areas, if you dont make a lot of money, get a friend or two, rent an apartment or small house in a more suburban area. Remember, cops arent all corrupt, theres plenty of them out there that get the job for all the right reasons, and many dont, when you do have to deal with the bad ones, remember your rights and assert them, no matter what, just be respectful.
