@3dotsk8shop The bass player/lead singer in this video IS the only original member here. It's sad what time did to him (and does to everyone), but it really is him. He's just old now.
@jody808 Do you think people sleep when they transition into spirit world ? And if you do , do you think they might dream ? How would anyone explain away all those ghost shows ? Are they all fradulent ?
Oh no! I did not know this. Wado for sharing this information with us. This is heart wrenching. Our prayers go out to the family and everyone who loved him as we all did.
Kudos to you alldaymusicman for this:) Much love, peace, and blessings to you and yuors:)
Thank you CherokeeMsDawn, I saw their first concert in Fresno back in 1970 when they had just released their self titled album "Redbone". They were a last minute replacement for a bay area blues band by the name of "Wolfgang". The sound and look of the band was incredible and I can tell you they tore the place apart! I have good memories of Lolly and the entire group and will miss Lolly and Tony a lot. Much love to you and the entire Redbone family.
That's the famous Ron Reyes on Lead Guitar, from the famous 70's rock group Cannibal and the Headhunters, "Land of 1,000 Dances" was their one hit wonder. Ron is fantastic playing his vintage Custom White Grant Guitar! Rock out Ronnie!!!
I love Redbone and their music since Come and Get Your Love came out, but was really disappointed in this performance. As many times as Pat must have played this song over the years you'd think he would get the lyrics right. Still love 'em though.
While Pat played this song, it was brother Loly who sang lead on this one. Long live the Vegas brothers and Redbone! You have brought and still bring much joy to my life! And still hot after all these years! Rock on!
As far as I know, Lolly still lives, but isn't able to perform. He was great!!! I've seen another video with Lolly in a classic performance of 'Come And Get Your Love'. He's great in that one!!!
check Lolly out on web site around, there are several with his up dates, just google around, there is a lot of fans that still Love Lolly, I am one for sure. Luna
It's good to see them in recent videos. I wish they would tour around the states. I understand they pretty much perform around the LA, California area only.

Hmmm... Forgetting the words near the end?
Shame they didn't have the enrgy to build it up towards the end, either... That and no scat sort of meant it fizzled out as it went along for me
