Every time i watch one of these Reunion videos, it's my favorite! Then I'll watch another from the same concert, and that song will be my favorite! What's wrong with me? LOL! Anyway, this one is going on my page for today. Thanks again, megasuggs! Wonderful post!
@justmusicandme There's nothing wrong with you at all Loretta, I often think a song is my favorite Everly song but then I think of all the other great songs, and I just think choosing a favorite is not possible, BTW I think my 'Let it be me' video will pass the one million views next week, it makes me very happy to bring the Everlys to so many people.
@megasuggs : I didn't know it was nearing that mark, Paul! I'll put that one on my BFF playlist - for favorites of my best youtube (Everly) friends! (Except I think it may already be on there!)
Good video, sisters name was Mary and her hubby would sing this to her all the time, she was a little spit fire who kept you wondering what was on the calendar of events to happen next! Miss her and Hardy both very much....
Tears in my eyes to see this wonderfull i listen to this a million times it brings back some memories my mother is passed away on august 2007 of cancer she loved the everly brothers very much she is in heaven now and look down at me and i still singing those beautifull lyrics en sweet harmony voices of angels that's what the everly brothers are to me ANGELS...greetings from holland harlingen

They could really sing. The Beach Boys cited them as a major influence. With Felice and Bordeleau there was a perfect union. The muses and the musicians.
This is the BEST rendition of Maybe Tomorrow ever and the interaction between the brothers makes it to be one of their most heavenly performances. Thank you!!
I was 15 years old when this happened in London. When I listened to this sound I thought there was nothing better. Now in 2010 I still think the same.... Hans, The Netherlands....
I think Dylan's version of Message to Mary is the best, and he did as a knock-off on his Self Portrait album. His version has a wistful, yet groovy feel to it.
I read somewhere...Phil said that "when he's at the top of his game, Don is the best singer in the world"(or something like that); and Don said that no one sang harmony as good as Phil. I thought that was really sweet that they thought so highly of one another's talent. I think they seem appreciative of each other at this concert.
Don and Phil are THE singers in harmony perfection. I wish the whole concert would have been on DVD, thank you megasuggs for posting the missing songs that we didn't get to see .
I'm in love !! i Always loved these two beautiful songs, but the way and the voices they sing makes me really addicted to this video ! Love how they look at each other on "message to mary" - without a blink while harmonizing so harmoniously and almost passionately ! as well as on "maybe tomorrow" ! lol phil at 0:44 , couldnt help but turn his guitar opposite to don's , so cute ! Its a pity that what they so sweetly performed in this 2nd night has never been on DVD ! =(
Here I go again....another new favorite. They sing these two songs straight from the heart; it shows on their faces. Phil's feelings always show on his face, but even Don looks very moved as he sings these songs so beautifully.
Where IS the full version anyway? They had it in England a few years back, didn't they? I would give almost anything to put my hands on a copy. I agree with you on "Price of Love". Great song.
Thanks for this. Haven't seen it in a long time. I sang 'Maybe Tomorrow' for my wife when we first met and it's become our song. I love the Everly Brothers - and my wife. Thanks again for posting this.
@sukes58 This is from the reunion concert at the Albert Hall in london in 1983, there was a VHS video of the concert on sale, and later a DVD, but these songs were not included on either, but were shown on TV at Christmas 1983, this is how I got them in my collection, so as they weren't available to buy I decided to put them on youtube.
Thank you. This a very nice present you share with us. Beautiful medley. If you look at their voices you really see that they enjoyed those two nights in London 25 yrs ago.

Love the way they sing these slower songs -they always take their time, yet never miss a beat, and never drag the beat...Just perfection IMHO!
