If he (and/or his wife) didn't give in every time their son screamed at the top of his lungs (at home), maybe the kid wouldn't act up in public??? Maybe? I'm in NYC. I see tons of little kids act up on the train. I also see tons of little kids being good. Aside from personality, it's the way you raise them. I can tell M13 & his wife allows their son to walk all over them.
