I have several questions, can be still sushi if you introduce that fish in boiling water at least 30 seconds and let to cold, or this always has to be raw fish?. What is that fluorescent yellow cover on the sushi that appears at 3:13? and those green grains or seeds used as cover at 5:09?, and that golden seeds at 9:50, are they sesame?.
@AZURA888 you can have cooks fish on sushi too lol... make it DIY! Usually they use raw fish cuz it's fresh.. that's why there's wasabi.. horse radish can kill the bacterias so put lots of them on your raw sashimi~ XD

Even japaneses don't eat sushi everyday, they eat miso soup, ramen and so on, sushi for them is like a latin parrilla or barbecue.
