Guys, from what I understand from reading the blog post then watching this video these exercises are to be done once the brake has healed to help the child maintain full function of the collar bone and shoulder.
I broke my collar bone some 25 years ago and am now finding over the last 3 or 4 months that movement and use of my shoulder is becoming restricted and need to find exercises to get full mobility back.
Trust me at 15 when your told in later life you may have problems you don't give a
Im sorry but nobody should do these with a broken collarbone. You should NOT extend your arm above your head for a few weeks at least. (Not to mention it's extremely painful to even think about that with a broken collarbone).
Rolling over to your side is plain stupid. You can really cause a lot of damage depending on your age and weight. Please consider taking this video down.
@monroe bro i broke my collarbone 4ribs punctured my lung, n fukd my back n sternum up real good deep bruising, dirtbike wreck, it will b 6weeks saturday n im just able to lay all the way down on my back a week n a half ago.. i roll to my side bout a couple inches and im like nope let me just lay on my back.. n when ur use to sleepin on ur side sleepin on ur back suks. but i can finally lift my arm over my head. im 30 i am a gym rat so im healing faster then the average, takes a yr to fully heal

I have a broken collarbone and I can't even roll on my side, never mind my stomach.
I can't imagine even trying to push myself up like that right now. It seems dangerous.
