  • Good vid, I have been searching high and low for one of these online with no luck..kinda bummed out because I just picked up my P226 a few weeks ago.. and I have had these mags for the Beretta 92.. I hope to find at least one soon as I prefer the base plates over my factory mags metal plates.. = [

  • awesome im so digging that bro im so jealous bro gosh i want one so bad the sig 226 is the best

  • For what type of gun is the 10/22 Rotary Magazine for? I know they are for rifles and assault rifles, but are there rotary magazines for 9mm pistols?

Also, if they clipped together does that mean that they can make a 9mm hold 30, maybe 40 rounds!? That would be fantastic if these can be applied to 9mm pistols.

  • Why does Sig sell their mags for $60?

  • @dasdew2 Because their guns are close to $800 for a cheaper one. I am willing to pay $60 for my $1200 pistol.

  • @Lord666Belial Ive seen "used" for about $500-$600 and some are display models, german sidearms, police trade ins and so on with night sights. Some days i wish the cops trained me on a cheaper handgun(glock for example) but im comfortable with the 226.

  • that is awesome nice look for the extra firepower. thanks for sharing this

  • Have you tried using the 20 round magazines from Mec-Gar? If so, do they sit flush with the frame?

  • @Painkiller9013 No they do not they stick down about an inch lower.

  • You've just got the best magazine for the best gun!

  • damn i thought it would stick out too

  • my way of saying sig sauer is sauer not sour

  • you shouldn't be allowed to have a pistol dumbass or either you were new to a gun

  • I forgot forgot dumb

  • what about the 20 round?

  • I can't cut corners when I am cutting paper. MEC-GAR all the way... Especially with the worlds best Pistol 1911.

  • Dude, "AFP" in the part stands for "Anti Friction Coating."

This is why they look different than the factory SIG mags.

  • OMG, I thought it was nutnfancy... but it wasn't... are you two duuuuuuudes related, because that would be sweeeeeeet!?!

  • I'm going to assume they make a .40/.357 mag as well. If so do they hold 16 rds or 15?

  • @Wabaanimkii 13 or 15 rounds

  • The difference is the follower. The 15 round mag's follower is taller and prevents tilt. The 18 is much thinner and with carbon build up after many rounds will tend to tilt. Most likely it won't cause an issue, but it is possible just like green followers in your GI AR mags.

I have 12 of these and have never had a problem, so I trust them. Just keep in mind that it is possible for them to tilt. Now, you just need a few more and buy the +2 basepads.

Oh, and clean them every 1,000 or so.

  • nice very nice, 19 rounds in total, not getting on your bad side

  • I finally dished out the money and got 3 18 rnd magazines & 2 20 rnd mags for my sig.

The cool thing about mec gar. Is they are the original company to make the Sig factory magazines. If you look closely at your stock factory magazine. It actually says Mec Gar on it too.

  • Who ever makes Mac-Gar understands craftsmanship. These mags are designed so damn well, top notch engineering.

  • @aaronscrewme You are so right, it's unreal how nice these are. If there is any way to be in love with inannimate objects then this is it.

  • Mec-Gar also makes the same magazine with a +2 extension for a total of 20rds. I think you need to get one of those too.

  • @bretak74 No, he needs not just one of those too. He needs about 2 or three. I cannot believe how well fricken made these are, they're absoulutely incredible. We're talking Mercedes Benz, Porsche engineering. In gun terms, these Mec-Gar Magazines blow away, many companies factory magazines. I think we finally have the perfect aftermarket magazine. I trust these like there is no tomorrow. I ordered about 4 for Sig, Beretta, and Taurus. 18, and 20's

  • nice

  • Thanks for the vid! I just was going to order one, but didnt know how flush it would be in the pistol. This vid helped out alot! Keep up the good work man. 5/5*

  • LOVE that gun

  • Awesome, you've got one hell of a gun out there!
