Okay; lack of knowledge its not a sin; let me explain, the cryvac process is to vacuum seal the meat, briefly dunk it in a hot water bath at 80 C to kill the surface bacteria and then dunk it in an ice bath to get it cold again.
The simply fact of vacuuming an aliment; raw or cooked is called sous vide, (under vacuum) if you dont speak french.
In the states of course, usually this process is called Cryovacking.
