What components are you using? Cd, Blu ray? Apple tv sounds much better with reg. CDs compared to my Sony Es. Have you tried DVD audio or sacd? Which ones. I have to get some. I just heard one DVD audio on the opposed and it blew away the cd. I'm getting marantz for a dif. Room. What else is in your system?

Is the marantz 8002 the preamplifier or receiver? I have klipsch legend klf 20 for mains(2 horns& 2 10s) & klf center 2 8"s & veld.hgs18 sub. I use acurus amps and just upgraded to krell preamp s1200. I just got oppo blu ray . Sounds incredible! Uncomp. DVD Audio and sacd . Plus movies. Big dif!
