Those ACCO's the NSWFB owned were a solid old truck! I believe the only reason they killed the old ACCO off was because they wanted quicker response times that only a diesel-engined truck could offer and the old ACCO V8 petrol could not offer!
have to agree excellent truck to drive under lights and sirens I actually enjoy the sound of the V8 revin its head off on the way to a call rather than the pumpers we have now :) still they are on a memory now
better than a dennis? lol (im only asking because Ive seen mixed opinions of the dennis from you lot over there lol)
