I sure hope that the similarities I notice to 2005 are for real. I only hope that this year is even better than that year. In 2005, we lost an early game to a rival on the final play, and virtually the same thing happened this year. Then we lost (at the time) our best wideout only to have an All-American emerge (Samardzija). Hopefully Floyd's injury can produce a similar result.

Michael Floyd out for regular season, I don't know how you don't say he didn't get that td i get that it came out when he hit the ground but he's out of bounds so it's irrelevant. The loss of Floyd really hurts the Offense , I am not very hopeful for the rest of the year :(. 5 stars as usual.

And i love the fact that Armando is really showing what he's capable of this year, and jimmy has grown so much in the last 2 years...Rudolph is the same way...they get better every year...but the only one i'm worried about is golden tate and how much we can rely on him to catch every ball...i think tate only has stand out games when floyd is in the game because then they have to worry about both of them going deep...but now that its just tate, they know we have no more deep ball receivers.
