I have to agree with Dewitt (steelcitypictures) I think it was a conceptual success but technically needs some polishing, there are some frames that don't actively push the story forward, I do think you're on to something and should most certainly keep at it.
I am a big fan of stop motion animation. It’s a lovely idea and premise. I would of liked to see a closer shot of the phone, and more rapid movements between frames. Please do not let this discourage you. It is a perfect idea! Just in some way keep the frame rate more consistent and try to tripod the camera. Great idea!
Talk about a 'labor of love!' Loved the characterizations, and the story. I'm kind of blown away by the sheer amount of time that took to build frame by frame. Congrats!

You could have easily put this in flash or even in a video program to turn it into a video, but you didn't. I think that's the where all the heart is. Great job man.
