  • I love you denver my home state!

  • FUCK YEAH DENVER PEOPLE U ROCK!!!!!

  • Oh, wait. Was that a bar owner saying that pot is safer and has less side effects than drinking? Oh yes I did.

  • COPS ARE AGAINST EVERYTHING, INCLUDING LIFE!!!

  • @palebit Don't generalize. Google on LEAP or on cops say legalize all drugs. Cops are the first to understand how absurd the drug on war is.

  • not all cops r stupid... L.E.A.P.

  • my cousin smoked hash with some old guys in the Kabul region of Afghanistan in his first tour of duty in the marines I think that proves that everyone does it

  • Listen to the beautiful young lady! Let people live in freedom! LEGALIZE IT!

  • Hey Americans, once Mason Tvert has changed a few more states, you think you could let the UK borrow him for a bit? Scotland sucks, there's really nothing to do but binge drink here.

If nothing happens in the next 5 years, I'm learning dutch and hitting a ferry to Amsterdam. Good bye crappy country, and hello to a whole new thing :D

It's awesome you guys got this happening in your country, very jealous.

  • fuck yea man i wish goin ta amsterdam was that simple for americans bt no bt atleast i live n colorado where sum shit is changin

  • what are the 3 most adidctive things in america:1, Alchohol,2, Nicotine,3,Caffine.

3 things accepted by most of society, that are more dangerouse than pot.

  • we love our weed in Canada. I read a fox news report yesterday that said Canada has the highest percentage of marijuana smokers in the world with 16.8% of Canadians between 15 and 64 who smoke, in USA it's 12.6%, the world average is 3.8%

  • i disagree colorado n california has more stoners

  • haha thats because everyone knows we have the best pot!

  • I'd rather deal with a high person than a drunk person ANY day.

  • Colorado Native here! And Hell Yeah, people in Colorado are opened minded, and smart enough to choose a safer way to "party." I'm turning 21 this week and instead of blowing my hard earned money on the devil's brew, and getting stupid, sick, and a DUI. I'm gonna choose the smart, and safe way to get intoxicated just as most people do in the greatest state in the union(Colorado)!! do!! Keep up the good work SAFER :)

  • It is not the job of the police to comment on laws, only enforce them.

  • I know what you mean.

I remember watching a reporter on CNN news stating that cannabis is 10% more potent than it was a few years ago. Then she added the comment that police say marijuana makes people irritable and paranoid. Why would the reporter quote a police man and not someone like a doctor?

  • good to hear!

  • I have been and still am behind SAFER 100% great job guys keep going strong.

  • PICK UP THE BONG!

  • No link whatsoever, just coincidence. Many more people drink than smoke. Fox should be banned from the media as a dangerous and dividing misinformation channel.

  • fuck the police

    they dont know shit

  • Come on man there's nothing wrong with the police, they're just doing their job. Now stop making all the other pot smokers out there look bad by saying "fuck the police" and chill out damn.

  • Fuck you you Juggalo piece of shit. you give stoners a bad name. I would kill a clown before i kill a cop. Why dont you take your Hatchet and swing it into your own head. grow up you kiss fan wannabe

  • Then consider the percentage of Police Officers who smoke pot.

There never has been an official poll, but I betcha it's higher then most people expect.

  • This is a great video. Mr. Tvert, I really respect the work you do.

    Much support from Reno, Nevada!

  • Ok... Another thing here

problems driving- Damn people just drive slower and more peacfully when high

and Manufacturing pot? does FOX know what pot is?

  • Ive been driving for a little over 4 years, have no accidents and have been smoking and driving for little over 2 years. The only ticket I have gotten, i got when I was sober..

  • same here, I have been driving and smoking(daily) for 14 years and have never had an accident or gotten a ticket.

  • Dude you made me give an epic laugh.

  • Please come to Arizona SAFER.

  • I can summarize that ladies final statement in a single word.....

    HYPOCRISY

They didnt mention abuse of marijauna, they are reporting increase use and reporting it as though it were abuse.

Thank you, SAFER... Please come help Arizona. :)

  • I just need to comment on the last part of this where Julie Hayden is saying that if it were legal it would create more driving issues. She's right, it would. But does it matter? In my state it's illegal to talk on a cell phone while driving, but not in other states. So have the number of cell phone related accidents in my state decreased after this law was passed? Nope, it INCREASED. Anything will have cause and effect! It's just a matter of understanding that the benefits outweigh the risk!

  • don't tread on me

  • Most people who want to smoke pot, already do. Sure a few are dismayed by the law, but most ignore it. In recent years the "acceptance" of pot has gone up. So maybe more people are just willing to ADMIT they use pot, and that would be the explanation for their statistics. Colorado has normalized pot more than most states, so that would account for this being the only state so far to report this.

I think it's awesome either way.

  • The opponents claim marijuana related problems will increase after legalization. But use-rates wont go up THAT much, considering their current numbers. Even with all the users we have right now, accidents around it alone, are relatively low.

If more people used pot instead of alcohol, maybe alcohol related accidents, which are often more severe, will go down. And even if we see a small increase in pot accidents, it'd still be worth it, cause "pot accidents" aren't usually as bad as alcohol's.

  • Thank you SAFER! This obvious and common sense answer is finally getting out.

  • big up denver

  • cannabis is non toxic and is actually used as a medince today and thousands of years ago

  • Finally, I can't wait until the sticky is legalized. And it will be, eventually. You just need to keep pounding it into peoples heads so its common knowledge. Look at the Swine Flu, EVERYONE knew about that because of media. Keep this subject in the light so it gets legalized. That or we will be forced to overtake the US government. Heh.

  • Nexis,

I agree 100%... It'll definitely be legalized eventually, whether soon or later. As the "whisky drinking generals", as Timothy Leary called them, are dying off its the younger and more aware (of cannabis) that will be taking over.

  • fuck yeah!

  • mason tvert is my boy on the front line for legalization

  • yeah cause anyone would hate to get head on by a pot head going 20mph and creeping across the yellow line. old people with reflex and vision problems will have a hard time seeing them.. and the LAST thing this country needs is more seniors dieing! cause we all know we have way to much money piled up in health care and social serurity

  • Everybody must get stoned.

  • yea smoke weed every day
