Watch out. This guy is in jail. See the notice from US Marshal Joel Kimmet on the Trustee's website It seems he is guilty of fraud. Use caution here.

Actually he is not guilty of fraud. He is serving a sentence, however that is for violating parole. Which arbitrarily can be anything.
