Their music is so soulful, I can't wait to see them in concert. It looks like they usually have a the same band, but a different set of singers every now and again. Do you guys know anything about that?

Yes, they've always been a band with multiple singers, even since inception. The two main singers now, who've been with the band since they formed, are Rudy Gomis (he has the mad gap teeth) and Balla Sidibe (the guy singing in this song). In addition, they've had appearances and albums with Youssou N'Dour, Laye M'Boup and even Ibrahim Ferrer from Buena Vista Social Club.
