You have the worst throwing technique I've ever seen in my life. Barely any legs in it at all. The majority of power when throwing comes from hip and core rotation, not arm strength. I'm really not sure why you are on here telling people to strengthen their arms. That is not how you increase throwing speed. Also, it is a very bad idea to start with your entire upper body rotated back away from the direction you are throwing. Your throwing arm should independently move back and rotate.
