@thatandroidguy those yellow spots go away after a couple of days..it's due to the glue/adhesive the manufacture uses. Since the iphone is at a high demand it is shipped right away without giving time for the glue to dry. but i still prefer the droid x to the iphone
@xb0xher0 yeah they went away after an update lol but they claim it was glue who cares tho android took the best os spot so im happy that android is gettin better know and will do very very good
@xb0xher0 in terms of framerate, the ipod is better. but thats the only area it beats it. the auto brightness adjust on the iphone, that you cant turn off, changes the lighting so drastically its incredibly distracting and unprofessional looking. and i dont think the ipod records in 720p HD either. plus its an 8 MP camera. the droid x has better hardware, and i wouldnt be surprised if they up the framerates in the future.
Looks pretty good for now. Have you compared the HD recording feature vs. the DVD quality level on the Droid X. I think if you have it on 480p (DVD quality) that it will record at 30 frames per second. I know I traded my Samsung Omnia II in for the Droid X and my Samsung Omnia II had what I thought was GREAT video at 480p and 30 frames per second. If you have time I would love to see that comparison. I will hopefully be picking my droid up at FEDEX tomorrow since they didn't get it to me yet!
i think it looks pretty damn good for a cell phone...looks alot better then some digital cameras.... my evo has a 8mp cam but i dont think its caputures video at 720p :(
@rettek808 yep like i said it can only get better seeing thasts its only running 2.1 and its only a day old this kind of fix is softwear update fixable so it no biggie lol
looks dumb good to me

I thought the DX had Image Stabilization? and does it record at 30 fps at 720p?
I'm on my 2nd Fascinate now and while it does video a little better, this is very, very good... a different kind of quality.

I think the color quality sucks on the iphone 4 compared to this.

not bad quality for a cell phone but this is where the iphone 4 has the droid x beat.

Video looks horrible... its only at 24 fps! hopefully android 2.2 will bump it up to 30 fps and fix the jitter.
