To not be afraid of an animal like this is evolutionarily stupid. Primitive man would have been on alert if he (or she) even thought they heard a growl from an animal like this. Even people up until the time tranquilizers was invented might have been terrified. Imagine trying to catch an animal as strong as this without tranquilizers.

They are truly beautiful animals that deserve total respect from us. Those that get eaten were dumb enough to do something that the animal took advantage of.

You don't know if they have fed him or not. Maybe they have, but the tiger will still roar. Tiger is usually aggressive towards human. They are the only big cat that is labelled "man-eater".

Relatively speaking, we humans are physically one of the weakest predators in the animal kingdom. @AdvertChild98 Yeah, at the big cat rescue in northern AR they have feeding time at the end of the day so people can watch. One of the neatest things is they all roar at this time. And the top guy is right you can feel this through your whole body at that range. Tiger = sexiest cat imo. I would own one if i could. Just a big pussy cat =p
