As amazing as it would be to photograph a soul, I think that there is an alternate explanation. The nervous system in the human body runs on electrical energy. When a person dies, that energy doesn't instantly disappear. It could diffuse into the surrounding air, creating the illusion of a soul leaving the body. As for the images of souls, they are probably either (1) fake, or (2) clouds of particles with enough charge to be seen with the camera. Our minds falsely perceive them as human shapes.
What is there to be baffled about? Everything in the Universe is fundamentally energy. No scientific rationale firmly grounded in the tangible realm can ever expect to elucidate the truth. As amazing as it would be to photograph a soul, I think that there is an alternate explanation. The nervous system in the human body runs on electrical energy. When a person dies, that energy doesn't instantly disappear. It could diffuse into the surrounding air, creating the illusion of a soul leaving the body. As for the images of souls, they are probably either (1) fake, or (2) clouds of particles with enough charge to be seen with the camera. Our minds falsely perceive them as human shapes.

as i say, there is no resurrection of the soul until Christ returns. the dead knows nothing and this is from the bible. this is not speculation. do you think there are souls roaming the earth today or any day in human history, LOL. all paranormal activities are spiritual beings, good or evil, not souls from people.

@walter42194 i disagree. not anywhere in the bible teaches that the soul returns immediately once the body dies. and there is no resurrection yet...not until the rapture of the church. don't worry, we Christians are going home soon anyways...to be with the creator forever.

@walter42194 I respect religion, I am a christian after all. But I think its sometimes good to exclude religion from science in order to leave one large factor out of the promblem, hypothises, etc. The reason being as religion has a tendency to blind people, forcing them to overlook what could be critical details. After the testing, then i think is to see where religion and the results would stand.

I jused to be a christian but i studiet this with open mind and it was first hard to accept islam but tawheed (oneness of god) is what jesus (pbuh) really teached to people and u can find this in older bibles and we as a muslims believe that jesus our beloved prophet is one of the 5 mightiest prophets of god which are: noah, abraham, moses, jesus, and muhammad (SAWS)

In Genesis, Jesus is our Creator and gave Adam the Breath of Life. By Trinity, r u referring to the pagan Catholic version or referencing The Father, Son and Holy Spirit? Surprising that you or anyone at this post would have trouble believing in The Holy Spirit. However for many here, accepting it for what it represents isn't too shocking to me.

@zaydfortawheed It's the Muslim religion that's warped this perspective. The Trinity is of Catholic in nature and the Bible does not use that name. Your reflections come form Catholics (Trinity) and Muslims (Prophet). Jesus prayed to The Father (YWHWY). Jesus is his only begotten son. Jesus is the one who breathed life into Adam. The Holy Spirit is his essence within and among us. Once blessed, we are filled with love and compassion. Both Catholic and Muslim are pagan religions.

@greghar2003 fact is that islam is submission to god and in quran is answer to everything. It is oldest religion on earth which was teached to people by every prophet including jesus. People who have studiet this know that in every previous book there is mentionet that there will come last prophet Ahmed which means same that muhammad and allah means god.
