  • On May 3, 2011 in an interview with Diane Rehm of NPR, Paul stated that Pakistan had been harboring OBL. In the "Authorization for Use of Military Force" which Paul voted for it gives the president authority to use force against persons, organizations and nations involved in 9/11 and for harboring such persons or organizations. Not only did Paul give the president authority to go into Pakistan to get OBL. The president could have bombed the nation of Pakistan for 'harboring' OBL.

  • Luis Posada Carriles is considered a terrorist by many Latin American countries yet he lives free here in the United States . He may or may not actually BE a terrorist, but how would we feel if Cuba or Venezuela assassinated him here? I don't think we'd like it very much. That's the analogy Dr. Paul should have used.

  • I actually like this guy..

  • is it me or the guy asking questions tries to make Dr. Paul look bad.

  • Paul: 'Why don't we just give them a trial?' Audience: 'BOOOO!!!' What the hell?

  • @semperFi4ever100 LOL agreed

  • What a bumbling idiot! Thank GOD he isn't and will never be president!!!!!

  • BB: "GOP nominee Ron Paul would be running 'far to the left' of President Obama on the issue of tracking down and killing terrorists who want to attack the US."

Yes Brett, you slimeball, forget that it was PRESIDENT OBAMA who finally killed Osama bin Laden.

  • I seriously believe this man should be president.

  • hey fox patsy, shut the fuk up and listen to the guy okay.

  • ron paul 2012. All fucking paid trolls go to hell with ur GOP cronies.

  • God bless Dr. Ron Paul. He stands out from these status quo candidates and their foolish, misguided politics. If only this moronic audience truly knew what they were cheering for- death, destruction, massive inflation, and an ever-souring national reputation. It's so fucking depressing.

  • Newt's answer afterward, where he said that Paul's answer was "irrational" was absolutely brilliant, by the way. It's beyond time that someone said it.

  • @dmreeoogdaq Gingrich is a brilliant debater for sure, but I do not agree with a lot of what he says & his history with the Federal Reserve keeps him more tainted an option than his history of cheating on his three wives (& he's not even Mormon!) does.

  • I am so fucking sick of Paulistas in the debate audiences trying to shout down anyone who disagrees with Ron Paul, so it was SO FUCKING SWEET when the MAJORITY of the crowd started booing Paul over his incoherent attempt to deny that he opposed killing Bin Laden. "Far to the left of Barack Obama" pretty much sums it up.

May he be sent back to his kooky 10% and then drop out of the race so a Republican might have a chance in November.

  • @dmreeoogdaq Ron Paul has the courage to stand up to the disgusting warmongering candidates and crazed hicks who cheered when Newt totally misunderstood his comments. Newt Gingrich is a phony has-been and will most likely go NOWHERE in this election.

  • @tubeviewerX20 So, candidates who want to defend America and our interests around the world, as well as stop Islamofascist terrorism, are "warmongering candidates and crazed hicks"?? Your opinion reveals a great deal about you, your candidate, and the view of America held by both of you. Shame on you!

  • @dmreeoogdaq Give PEACE a chance. There is prosperity in peace too. America can play well with others. Let the Military Industrial Complex sit on the bench for a rest & give PEACE good will & fare trade a chance, you might like it a lot more than war abroad & a police state at home if you do.

  • @TerryConspiracy I'd love to give peace a chance. If only our enemies would do the same, this would be an infinitely better world. Given their statements and (literal) declarations of war on our country, what do you think the chances of that are?

...and before you say it, no, removing our troops from all foreign soil will not suddenly cause them to cease their terrorist (war) activities. Don't take my word for it; listen to what they say. Did the Americans who died on 9/11 die in vain?

  • @dmreeoogdaq As Dr.Paul said, don't confuse the Tali-ban with Al-CIA-da. The Tali-ban only want America to leave their lands.

RP would make for a strong & safe Commander in Chief. He would not let an attack on America happen, but if it did, he would get Congress to declare War, go out & win the war quickly & decisively & then come back home. End of story.

We have long drawn out wars for profit reasons, not security reasons.

    Think about that.

"Ron Paul is good." Torah Code.

  • @TerryConspiracy

"War, go out & win the war quickly & decisively & then come back home. End of story."

You can only declare war on nations, you cannot declare war on organizations.

The Constitution was meant to be a living document, to adjust and change when things the founders didn't think of came up, and this is one.

It's no different than when we out the Barbary Pirates at the turn of the 19th century, no declaration of war their either, and the founders were still alive.

  • @Alaskaslim True.

& Dr. Paul voted in favor of America hunting O. Bin Ladin down anywhere in the World,......expecting him to be held accountable for his actions quickly (if captured alive), in an American court of law & when found to be guilty, he wanted/expected Osama to be dealt with according to American Constitutional values for both the Crime & the Punishment.

The FACT that that the actual capture & instant body disposal was so poorly handled, should be of concern to everyone.

  • @TerryConspiracy

"The FACT that that the actual capture"

There was no capture, they killed him.

Frankly, I don't give a damn, as an enemy combatant he does NOT have the rights you seem to think he does.

Oh by the way, something else Ron Paul is wrong about: Afghanistan was not a sovereign nation, they were effectively lawless for 7 years when we got there, they had no Government that we and nearly all the rest of the world recognized.

  • @Alaskaslim Yes Alaska,

Obama killed him. He could have & should have captured him, interrogated him, & then let American justice deal with him.

The vast majority of the people held at Guantanamo Bay are not enemy combatants. They are innocent, but can not be released because now that they have been tortured & kept in dog kennel conditions for so long without charge or trial, they openly hate America..........now. That's what Ron Paul tells us the CIA calls "blow back".

    THINK !

  • @TerryConspiracy I don't think it was his call completely...there were other people in that room as well..and the decision was probably made based on real time

  • @TerryConspiracy

"The vast majority of the people held at Guantanamo Bay are not enemy combatants."

No, this is a generalization, most ARE in fact combatants.

Some, like those from China's western province, are not, and you know what we did with them? Either let them go, or shipped them to another country.

We captured them training in Al Queada's camps, we had no way of knowing at the time where their motives laid (It was to kill Chinese).

  • @TerryConspiracy Ron Paul would not let an attack on America happen?? Exactly how would he prevent one; that is, after he withdraws all our troops from the Middle East (and every other country, for that matter), repeals the Patriot Act, and stands by talking about the Golden Rule as Iran develops a nuclear weapon?

  • @sugarcoatedbitch you are a sugar coated bitch. maybe you shoulda thought about that before u invaded another fucking country. We deserve to get bombed after all the shit weve done. We've basically raped the economic system and resources of other countries and their people. Also we bring liberty and freedom? if you're thinking we did so in the east, youre completely wrong..if we had im pretty sure they wouldnt be tryin to make those "nuclear bombs". We've never solved a problem fully by fighting

  • @sugarcoatedbitch Well Sugar, What Dr. Paul says is that he would use the returned military forces to secure the borders of America. He says that he would work to keep "America" safe(er) by investing in National Security.

This is not to be confused with isolationism.

He wants the USA to trade freely other nations with a strong currency that is secured against runaway inflation, & I agree with him.

"Ron Paul is good." Torah Code.

  • @sugarcoatedbitch America's troops stationed abroad has next to nothing to do with American National Security. Ron Paul says he will move a healthy percentage of those troops to the continental US borders to deter terrorist insurgents.

The Patriot Act should be repealed & only Dr.Paul promises to to do it.

As for Iran's nuclear program.......let Israel deal with it if it ever becomes possible. They are a long way off from being capable of making or delivering such a weapon.

  • @dmreeoogdaq Give Shalom/Peace a chance neighbor, & beware of the Military Industrial Complex. Their interests are not our interests.

    Dr. Paul comes highly recommended.

"Ron Paul is good" Torah Code.

  • @tubeviewerX20 Everyone misunderstood his comments because he was stuttering and stammering all over the place. Why do you Paul supporters attack anyone who doesn't like him? I think it's because you're truly Democrats.

  • @dmreeoogdaq He voted YES to going after Bin Laden. Repeat, Ron Paul voted YES to the initial legislation to go after and capture Bin Laden. He opposes the killing of innocent civilians in other country that had nothing to do with 9/11 or terrorism. The audience was booing because the bucket of blood that they were sharing was empty and they were going through withdrawals.

  • @savanahblue Yeah savanahblue, isn't it just terrible that our evil military actually liberated millions of people and deposed a raping, bloodthirsty, murderous dictator? Gosh, that's just AWFUL! We Americans are the ones who feast on "buckets of blood" though, because we actually bring freedom and democracy to people! What shame and horror!

One question: WHERE IS YOUR PATRIOTISM AND LOVE OF FREEDOM????

  • @sugarcoatedbitch You might ask the government the same question. You could wrap yourself in the American flag and eat hot dogs all day in front of the White House and it wouldn't make you any more of a patriot then the next guy. You are a propaganda machine, Mental putty. FEAR goes in, HATE comes out. A peaceful, intelligent man sites the Golden Rule and the audience boos him. Some gutless wonder says "BE AFRAID and KILL, the audience cheers. Pass the blood ya'll.

  • @sugarcoatedbitch Wake up Sugar,

You will not find PATRIOTISM AND LOVE OF FREEDOM in the Patriot Act, & thats a FACT!

There are over 26,000 prisoners (most are truly innocent) held & tortured in deplorable conditions on Prison Ships & other remote locations under the Extraordinary Rendition Program. No charges. No trial. No justice, just bad karma.

You do not really want to defend policy like this, do you?

These people have friends & families Sugar.

    Think "do unto others....".

  • @dmreeoogdaq That was not the sound of a majority in the room booing Dr. Paul.

That was the MSM control room boosting the volume on a couple of chicken hawk "nutters" & feeding it through a echo loop. LOL.

  • @dmreeoogdaq Ron Paul is a serial liar. He's a coward and he thinks we are stupid trying to disavow any knowledge of the crap in the newsletter under his own name that he sold and urged suckers to buy at a tidy profit to himself. He's disgusting.

  • @eclecticdufus The bad guys have dug deep to find the flaws in Dr. Paul & there are very few. I do not agree with everything he says, but I cheer for most of what he says.

    He comes highly recommended.

"Ron Paul is good." Torah Code.

  • Osama bin Laden = Chinese dissident. Wonderful. Ron Paul belongs in a home. He's completely nuts. Like his equally nutty groupies. I would rather vote for Obama than Paul as CINC.

  • @eclecticdufus Ron Paul belongs in a home because he's one of the FEW candidates who don't want to get involved with ridiculous wars which cost the lives and money of the US?

  • @eclecticdufus Dr. Paul's wise words are lost on simpletons like you.

  • @tubeviewerX20 you mean the same "wise words" that appeared in his own newsletters and he, coward that he is, disavows knowing anything about? Hateful garbage from a hateful wingnut.

  • Ron Paul = FAIL!

  • @JohnECocaine You spelled your name wrong.

  • @CaptainCocaine I did?

  • @JohnECocaine Ron Paul = the only REAL conservative in the race.

  • 9/11 was an inside job... by the way... same as ignoring Australia's warnings of Japanese fleet heading to pearl Harbor... same as the Gulf of Tonkin, same as German's sinking the Luisitania... US government using fear to sell WAR PROPAGANDA to the American people to think we are the targets of terrorism. How did jet liner fuel burn through steel in 12 hours and implode trade center towers that the engineer said was built to sustain multiple hits from a boeing 747. Open up your, & research.

  • @TheBcpoe what a tool. It's tinfoil hat nuts like you who vote for Ron Paul. And the Towers were never built to sustain airliners loaded with jet fuel crashing into them because nobody had ever conceived of such a thing before it happened. Nuts like you and Paul continue to cite long discredited unscientific garbage.

  • @eclecticdufus Do some research... Have some respect for the man that has withstood all the corruptness and hoopla that comes with politics. He's stood behind the same principles for almost 30 years... I'm guessing your a Santorium supporter, hahah

  • @TheBcpoe Paul is as corrupt as they come. His own newsletter proves it. Not a Santorum supporter, haven't made up my mind yet except that Paul is a walking disaster. Paul and his own whackjob supporters condemn him.

  • "the terrorist responsible for killing 3000 people on American soil"

Still selling the lie so many years later.

  • Gosh Ron Paul sounds like such an IDIOT!

Why would we go get Bin Laden when we first had him, when we could use him to start endless wars for ten years that would inevitably make us give away our freedom. Gee Whiz.

  • The moderator is like, "you voted against the war in Iraq."

THAT'S NOT THE POINT MAN!!!!! He's saying we got Saddam quickly, but not Osama. They love twisting his words!

  • Ron Paul is done.

  • If people want to understand Ron Paul they must first understand history. When people try and make fun of or devalue his messages, they are only making this nation worse. I find it to be very disturbing that most Americans who misinterpret Ron Paul's message get most of if not all of their political education from Fox or CNN. This is our freedom on the line, please to all, educate your self's on world history and how to be a democratic citizen.

  • @TheKeithwhoward

“I never read that stuff. I was probably aware of it 10 years after it was written, and it’s been going on 20 years that people have pestered me about this.” - Ron Paul

Would YOU issue a newsletter under YOUR name and not know what's in it?! He is either an incompetent idiot or a scoundrel. Probably both.

  • @eclecticdufus

Do you know anything about publishing articles? it was not his job to read every article that was published, that's what editors are for. He was just the monetary backer for the journal. You must be one of the graduates of CNN or Fox, congratulations on your two bit education. People like you are going to cause the fall of this nation, do some research on past wars and conflicts. Look into Nazi Germany, and you will see that we are headed down the same path.assbag

  • @TheKeithwhoward If you put out a KeithHoward newsletter you damn well better read every word of it. Calling the bullshit card on Paul. Paul is so stupid he didn't even know Germany had declared war on the US and he thought we were wrong to fight the Nazis. Ron Paul would have been happy to let the Nazis triumph.

  • hey ron..a bullet in the head or millions of taxpayers money to take him to court

  • @clutchit Would've been cheaper to carpet bomb Tora Bora

  • @clutchit Your a sheep, you actually believe the government would actually kill the most wanted man in the world and not have a shred of evidence for it? Its all a joke, we got to see Sadam's face before he died... we got to see Qadaffi's face before he died... I would have had way more pleasure in seeing him hang from a rope, from a tall structure. Ron is completely within reason to say the way he was assasinated actually gives americans no assurance that justice has been done.

  • @clutchit better yet... just keep believing everything the government tells you and Obama administration feeds you. Keep taking prescription medicines and maybe you'll die along with all the other sheep that trust the government will spoon feed them everything they need the rest of their lives.

  • @clutchit You think it would take millions to try one terrorist for a war crime? Try doing your research and math homework... The FY 2012 defense bill cost US (American Citizens) 560 billion dollars. Your already paying for the show, and you don't even get to watch it. Sorry, well... in your case Ignorance is bliss.

  • LMAO..Newt schooled whimpy ron again

  • Ron Paul is too the left of Obama.

  • I think Ron Paul is out past his nursing home curfew!

  • Ron Paul vacations with the bin ladens.

  • go Ron!

  • That Fox guy needs to quit interrupting Paul when he's trying to make his point.

He must have butted in 10 times. You don't see him doing that to Romney, even when Romney said he was going to take more time. How dismissive and disrespectful.

America should not stoop the level of our enemies and go around as the grim reaper of the world.

America is supposed to spread freedom, not tyranny. We should set the example, not act like barbarians.

Gingrich says "kill them all", What a looney.

  • Wow Ron Paul seemed silly donno what happen to him
