This is so relaxing. But whenever I play it I have to pee. It helps me to meditate so I can do some out of body astral projection. I like to travel out of body because it's cheaper than buying a plane ticket. This particular video is perfect because it is loud enough to drown out the noise of the crackheads hanging out in front of my building.
