Thanks so much for your kind comments! Yes, the Shag is South Carolina's state dance. I always have a hard time with it but then I never practice. I'm sure it would be easy once one gets into it. I love this clip! I spent 6 mths in South Carolina as an exchange student (I'm an Aussie) and that's where I first heard about 'Shag' dancing and tried to learn it with some friends of my host family. It was incredibly hard! We went for a holiday at Myrtle Beach too while I was there. 'Shag-The Movie' is one of my old favourites, and the scene featuring the song 60 Minute Man is great.

This clip looks like it was a super fun day and made me smile. : )
