i just bought one for 80 dollars. specs:3gb ram, two intel xeon cpus 2.80ghz/522mhz, one 70gn scsi hd drive swapable. i was going to get an intel 1u xeon server but it did not look as cool as the proliant so i just got the louder but better looking server. i say it was a good choice i think...
@theimacmodders1 i have the same problem apparently downloading HP ProLiant Advanced System Management Controller Driver fixes it but i haven't tried it yet

@nydardosh Theres an old HP system health driver that allows you to control fan speed but i've heard it makes little difference to the noise.
