@ALoserIsFred Telecine. Most full-length films are shot (or recorded, if animated) at 24 fps. PAL TV is 25 fps. 25 is not divisible by any factor of 24, so they speed it up.

i use to watch this movie when i was little. my, those were the good o'l days...this is a very good cartoon movie for little kiddos....two thumbs up!!!! :)
