that spoiler is a bumper. inly the US specification has that shit. Lamborghini tried to make the bumper the more aerodynamic as possible, so thats because it looks like a spoiler, an very ugly spoiler...

The front spoiler HAD to be added to the lambo in order to import it into the USA because the nose of the car was too low, lower than USA laws would allow for street cars. Yes to keep the front end to the ground. It a front lip spoiler,F1 cars have them GT cars have them and ive even seen a VW Beetle with one. Without it you wouldnt get alot of traction on the front when traveling 220 MPH on a car like this
