The only man who ever was as good as Richard Pryor at doing impersonations of people he knew and observed is Jonathan Winters. When asked who his favourite comedian was, Richard Pryor replied instantly, "Jonathan Winters!" Check some of his stuff on Youtube, also.

Btw, Rain Pryor, his daughter, wrote a book called "Jokes My Father Never Told Me." You might like it; it's very interesting.
