  • good job 275 keep it up but then your benching don't use your body weight and push up wit your hips u will get hert that way and push your feet through the floor cause it keeps the arch and try to keep the shoulders down and don't bounce it as much im a powerlifter so i know these thing

  • Do you ever have any thing to say other than put downs?? You don't see everything that goes on or the vid would be an 1 1/2 hrs long. Of course he warm up before a big lift. Supplements are a choice not a necessity (sp?) I think he's doing just fine thank you.

  • Sorry, but I did say 50# when they were 45#. It's been a long time since the vid was made and I had to watch it again to be sure. We don't use that weight set any longer and the current set's large plate is 50#. Damn you caught me !! The video is there add it up foer yourself

  • Unless those first 2 plates are 50's you did 260 brother. And is it just me or is that bench on a slight decline? Youll never get anywhere benching like that, but you will get yourself a nice torn rotator, or maybe an impingement!

  • Very good bench for a skinny kid. You got potential. I noticed he is at somewhat of a decline though so I wonder what he could do completely flat. You need to hit the squats and deads though. Don't have a stupid beach build. Remember, just as many people see you from the back as they do the front.

  • Yeah. I noticed that after I posted the vid. Didn't mean to mislead anyone. Josh can lift 275# honestly and his goal is 310# or twice his body weight. Six months or less. I'll post the milestones as they occur.

  • OK, anyway is a great lift for someone his age and weight. I'm 34yo and 140#, and can make a single up to 305lbs, or two reps with 275. Twice the bodyweight is a great challenges, but also worthly!
