Well, there are electromagnets inside the table. And those electromagnets react with the magnets, those black circles, of the hoverboard, generating a magnetic field. So this magnetic field is enough stable to allow the hoverboard to stay at that distance from the table. Nor so far, neither so close. And this is not antigravity, it works only over that table because of eletromagnets of the table and the electromagnetic field it generates.
