hola rob ,esta muy bien ,nesecito los manuales de desarme. para mi katana 1100 cc, no sabes donde conseguirlos. gracias mi correo es mariomadrigal @hot mail.es te lo agradeseria cualkier ayuda
@TheMarioMadrigal sorry M8, I don't have an electronic version of a service manual. I do see them on eBay from time to time but they are all in English. Can you use an English manual?
veerrrry nice!!! nice job!!! what front forks nd rims and swing arm did u use??? i have a katana also... changed the whole front with inverted shocks from a kawasaki....the handle bars are from honda cb 750
Why not? kats are not that rare. I have owned over a dozen. Same reason dudes customize old cars I guess. REsto-Mods are a way to keep the old style and improve the weak areas. I know everyone isn't a fan of changing the old kats but for myself, I like the upgrades. Makes them unique.
@katman1260 hey what's up dude i actually got the bike to start with electric every now and then but it's still needing a little bit more work to get it to run right.
The music in this clip is for my bike the Ninja 900... I only got that bike because I couldnt find a Katana @ the time!!! I still want one, but Im waaay broke now! Still the greatest bike ever built in my eyes. Sure all the Batgirl cycles now a daze go really fast, but you dont look near as good doing it!!!
Love the Kawi's. I have a '77 kz1000a2 in the shop waiting for restoration. One of my fav's is the gpz750 turbo. May have bought one but the kat came out first. My first bike was an H1 tripple.
I had the (still have) a 84 KZ700 "Regan Tarrif Era" .... I rode that the most out of every bike that I've had! My 1st bike was a 83 Katana 550, hence my love for the Kat!
Gotta get me a real Kat to replace the pretend "kat" GSX750f that I currently ride...The Katana was the object of my first "Bike Fat" at the age of 11 or so...never forgot the impression it made...was like seeing a rocket ship parked in the street...
The silver kat in the gs1100 katana video is for sale right now. It has 4 1/2k miles on it.. It has 7,000 dollars of engine and shocks on it plus a ton more. 8,500 usd will take it. It was over 12,000.00 to build.
o man i wish i had never sold my 1100 kat. in my view they are the best bikes ever built. they have the look of no other bike...and that low down grunt ..mmmmmmmm magic. just to look at this one is like looking at a work of art.....got to get myself another one
this video should be 18+ , cause that bike SOOOOOOOOOO freaking HOT

the 900 ninja gpz 1985 runs identicle times as this but it doesn't mean you can steal the top gun song your in trouble now
extreeeeeemist 2 years ago
@extreeeeeemist
The music relates to the style of the bike. Some have likened it to a fighter jet silhouette. there is always a faster bike.
I can't believe how many comments are made about the music.
OK, who is in favor of a sound track change?
this music won partly by default as the first three pics were denied by this site as copyright infringements.

Oh the "Top Gun" music really works :p)
