They did it because were too lazy to create unique cubemaps, and nobody see them so the didn’t care.

@izvarzone Agreed, they ported alot of RO assets to use in KF. It is no easter egg just cutting down time in production. The newer retail maps however do use unique tex env maps.

Good find though for the uploader as izvarzone stated, alot of normal gamers simply wouldnt notice or wouldnt care.

theres something called reusing textures, both games are massive modifacations of UT, they Released Red Orchestra first, and instead of creatin a new reflection texture on a reflective window your never gonna pay attention to, usually it reflects the map but there isnt any reflection in that dark map

simply choose the "solo" option in the main menu, the enemies are always bots, BTW don't pirate this game, the only reason it wouldn't go online is that you pirated it, it's only 20 bucks dude come on its well worth the money!

actually it's not a mod, it's a COMPLETE CONVERSION from ut2k04, kinda like a mod, except it doesn't use ANY of the models or textures from ut2k04, and even if they did use some of the models or textures from ut2k04, this is still a great game.

This game is awesome ^^, and thats no easter egg, RO is the same engine and they simply used a "reflection Cubemap" out of RO.

ACTUALLY you can use different images for reflection maps, so they purposely posted that image for the reflection map, if every reflection map used the same image then it'd be real bad. No offense, but get your facts strait bro ^_^
