Red Terrors are one of the most beautiful cichlids IMO. I've also seen some Jewel cichlids during breeding with crazy intense colours. I'm thinking about getting a dedicated tank set up for a pair of Salvini as I really like them too but they can be real mean for their size.

in your opinion from what you've seen from your fish or from others, would you attempt to put a single red terror in a 125 gallon 6ft long aquarium with a red devil, jack dempsey and green terror?

hi, at the moment those festae in the video are sharing a 6 by 2 by 2 with a 13 inch jag , 8nch red devil, 2 trimacs 12nch, 8 inch texas and a 5 inch jack dempsey and 2 twelve inch oscars. they are ok and they are very agressive fish. in past experience green terrors are very gentle in comparison wouldnt last long. in my tank the red devil and the jack dempsey are the least aggressive

thanks , i bought 5 of them for $16 each when they were about 3cm. those 2 paired up and looked the best. now the male is about 13cm and looking better every day. hoping they will breed for me.
